The process starts with mapping out the wishes and needs of the customer. Based on the question, you draw up a suitable quotation. Following the quotation, you keep in touch with the customer. As soon as the quotation is approved, you will set everything in motion so that the right (temporary) solution is delivered to the customer. The function offers many different facets.

The work is therefore broadly as follows:

• A lot of contact with customers and suppliers, both by phone and by email. Where necessary, you also advise customers about rental products;
• Takes care of the administration and planning of contact with stakeholders;
• Takes responsibility for preparing quotations, invoices and rental receipts;
• Ensures that the rental system remains in order, including stock checks, etc.
